I had to exchange something from Dale's Super Store because I ordered the wrong size. The whole process was easy, though it did take a couple days longer than I thought to get the replacement sent out. Customer service got back to me and kept things simple, so something about it still felt smooth overall. Good experience in the end, I just wish the exchange updates came a bit faster

"Cancellation Took Longer Than It Should Have"
I tried to cancel an order on Dale's Super Store it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I had to send a few messages and wait longer than I expected just to get a straight answer. They did end up canceling it, so I’m not giving the lowest rating, but based on this one experience, I’d probably expect their customer service to be a bit slow if you need help with something. Overall, it was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Simple warranty request turned into a hassle"
I bought an item from dalessuperstore.com and ended up needing help with a warranty issue. it took way longer than it should have. I was just asking for a basic thing, but it felt like they kept ignoring the main point of my request. The replies I got were short and not very helpful, so I had to keep following up. It did get sort of sorted in the end, but the whole process was frustrating and way more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ve ordered from dalessuperstore.com a few times now, mostly when they’ve got promo codes going. The discounts were actually decent, and the codes worked without any hassle, so that part was nice. That said, I do find myself checking prices a lot because not everything is really cheaper. It’s a bit annoying having to compare every time, and I just wish they had more regular deals. Like, the deals are good when they’re there, but they’re not there often enough. Overall, I had a good experience, I just keep wishing the discounts were more consistent. 4 stars from me

"Fair Prices and No Weird Surprises"
I decided to order from dalessuperstore.com because the prices actually seemed fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. Who wants to feel like they’re getting overcharged before they even check out? Nothing looked ridiculously marked up, and the checkout didn’t hit me with a bunch of random fees either. Shipping was reasonable too, which matters because what’s the point of a good price if shipping ruins it? Overall, it felt like I paid what the items were actually worth. I’d use them again if the prices stay this way.

I ordered something and ended up needing to return it. The return itself was accepted without much trouble, and I kept the receipt and confirmation emails just in case. The annoying part was the refund took ages to actually show up, and I had to message them more than once to follow up. I did get my money back in the end, but the wait definitely wasn’t ideal

I ordered from dalessuperstore.com, and the shipping wasn’t too bad compared to some other places I’ve looked at. Delivery went fine too. I don’t remember all the details, but I do wish the shipping had been a little cheaper. Still, overall I’m happy with the order.

I wouldn’t say the prices are always the best, but some items are priced fairly. I did manage to find a decent deal, although the shipping cost kind of took away from it a bit. I guess it’s fine overall, as long as you compare prices first and don’t assume you’re getting the lowest price every time.

"Wish I’d Known It Was Backordered"
I ordered the item because it showed as available, but then I found out it was actually on backorder. I wish I’d known that upfront because I probably would’ve made a different choice. Updates were slow, and I had to reach out twice just to find out what was going on. It did eventually arrive, so at least there’s that, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was glad to find most of what I needed in stock here. A couple things were sold out, but it wasn’t anything that ruined the order for me. The site was simple enough to use and check availability. THEN AGAIN, compared to a lot of other places right now, their inventory was actually way better. Giving it 4 stars...

They got back to me quickly most of the time and kept me in the loop, which I appreciated. One reply took a little longer than I expected, but I’ll blame that on them probably being busy. Nothing major though — overall, communication was fine.
